Estos intereses han generado intensos conflictos entre ellos, transformando las enemistades en Tor en una especie de far west, con odios encarnizados, especialmente entre los dos principales caciques, Sansa y Palanca. El 3 de Julio de 1980, un tiroteo entre bandos opuestos acaba con la vida de dos personas. Años después, en 1995, un juez declara a Sansa dueño único de la montaña argumentando que es el único que vive allí todo el año. Cinco meses después del dictamen, el cadáver de Sansa es hallado en su casa con signos evidentes de violencia. El periodista Carles Porta comenzó a investigar los crímenes en 1997. Ahora, casi tres décadas después, comparte con los espectadores todo lo que ha conseguido averiguar.

Carles Porta revives the dark legend of the mountain of Tor, a small village with barely thirteen houses strategically located on the border between Catalonia and Andorra. There, for over a century, the villagers have fought over the ownership of the mountain, driven by interests in wood exploitation, smuggling, and the potential construction of a ski resort. These interests have sparked intense conflicts among them, turning the enmities in Tor into a sort of far west scenario, with deep-seated hatreds, especially between the two main leaders, Sansa and Palanca. On July 3, 1980, a shootout between opposing factions resulted in the deaths of two people. Years later, in 1995, a judge declared Sansa the sole owner of the mountain, arguing that he was the only one living there year-round. Five months after the ruling, Sansa’s body was found in his house with evident signs of violence. The renowned journalist Carles Porta began investigating the crimes in 1997. Now, nearly three decades later, he shares with the audience everything he has managed to uncover.
