A principios del Siglo XX, Julio, un encantador joven, llega al Gran Hotel para investigar la misteriosa desaparición de su hermana, una trabajadora del lujoso hotel. Mientras se hace pasar por camarero, se cruzará con Alicia, la atractiva hija de la dueña, que está prometida con el director del hotel. Entre los dos jóvenes, de clases sociales opuestas, surge una atracción, un amor imposible que hará que Alicia decida ayudarle en la búsqueda de la verdad. Una decisión peligrosa, que desafía a su propia familia y pone al descubierto los secretos escondidos entre las paredes del Gran Hotel.

At the beginning of the 20th Century, Julio, a charming young man, arrives at the Grand Hotel to investigate the mysterious disappearance of his sister, a maid. While he infiltrates the hotel as a waiter he will come across Alicia, the owner’s attractive daughter, who is engaged to the Director of the luxurious hotel. Despite this and the difference of their social classes, an attraction will arise between them, an impossible love that will make Alicia help him, searching for the truth. It is a dangerous decision that defies her own family and will reveal the secrets hidden within the walls of the Grand Hotel.
