Rafaela es una niña disfuncional en una familia altamente funcional formada por papá, mamá, la abuela y ella. Su madre es ama de casa aficionada a disfrazarse, su padre es inventor y tiene una máquina del tiempo, y su abuela es su abuela. Con la compañía de sus amigas Corpus, Chelo y Debo, sin olvidar a su caniche, pasarán por situaciones que las harán madurar como grupo, como personas y como caniche respectivamente. Mansiones tenebrosas, fiestas de pijamas y viajes en el tiempo: Rafaela tendrá que navegar entre peligros para salvar el mundo antes de que se le acabe la adolescencia y tenga que incorporarse a la vida adulta.
