1921, in the Rif War (Morocco), a group of nurses belonging to the Spanish upper nobility are sent by Queen Victoria Eugenia into the heart of the conflict. The first women in the country to achieve that qualification, they now must put into practice what they have learned under the most difficult and hostile conditions. Combining the horror of their day-to-day work with their luxurious and comfortable social life is a shock, a trying time that will change their lives forever. An emotional drama carefully staged with a historical war backdrop.
