Una chica a la espera de juicio tratando de sobrevivir en una cárcel de mujeres.

Macarena, una joven frágil, es traicionada por su amante y condenada por delitos fiscales. En prisión preventiva a la espera de juicio, tendrá que moverse en un ambiente desconocido para ella, enfrentándose a chantajes, abusos y humillaciones. Pero encontrará apoyo en sus compañeras de celda, que a su vez le enseñarán a sobrevivir. Además, Macarena se verá inmersa en la investigación del asesinato de una de las reclusas que escondía una gran suma de dinero robado. Su familia, consciente de la situación, intentará ayudarla desde el exterior.

Macarena, a fragile young girl, is betrayed by her lover and is convicted for fraud. In preventive detention waiting for her trial, she will have to survive in a harsh environment totally unknown for her, facing blackmail, abuses, and humiliations. But she will find support in her cellmates who will teach her how to survive inside. She will also be immersed in the investigation of the murder of one of the prisoners who hid a stolen large sum of money. Her family, aware of her situation, will try to help her from the outside.
